HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Seattle, WA)

Fernwood Umber Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
