HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Rowan Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Savannah presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
