HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Savannah working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
