HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Amberfield Beacon Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
