HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Stonegate Union Facilities looks after properties across the Savannah region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
