HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Quill Hospitality Associates and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
