HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Amber Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Savannah, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 479 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
