HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Cedar Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
