HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Northwind Clear Banking Services is a regional lender in Savannah with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
