HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Keystone Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
