HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Glen Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 809 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
