HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Linden Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
