HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Cedar Pike Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Savannah, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
