HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Cedar Cobalt Insurance is an insurance company in Savannah with claims and service teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
