HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Clearpath Oak Facilities is a facilities company in Savannah with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
