Nova Kestrel Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
