HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Lumen River Press Group produces print and digital publications in Savannah, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
