HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Summit Corner Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
