Amberfield Orchard Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
