HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Harbor Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
