HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Jose, CA)

Nova Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in San Jose focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
