HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Jose, CA)

Westbrook Stone Care Services supports families and individuals in San Jose with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
