HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Union Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR.
