HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cedar Telecom Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
