HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Sparrow Care Services supports families and individuals in San Jose with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
