HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ashton Hospitality Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
