HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Diego, CA)

Redstone Beacon Markets serves neighbourhoods around San Diego with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
