HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in San Diego caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
