HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Cross Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
