HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Diego, CA)

Westbrook Birch Care Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
