HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Diego, CA)

Redstone Cobalt Medical designs and makes medical devices in San Diego, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
