HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Mill Care Services Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
