HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Meridian Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
