HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Beacon Manufacturing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
