HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Summit Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for San Antonio and nearby communities. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
