HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Health and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
