HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Glen Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around San Antonio. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
