HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar Ember Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around San Antonio, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
