HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood North Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around San Antonio, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
