HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Basin Civic Services Group supports public agencies in San Antonio with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
