HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pike Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
