HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood North Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
