HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Rowan Health Group runs clinics and patient services around San Antonio. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
