HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Drift Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around San Antonio. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
