HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood Fox Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Salt Lake City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
