HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Wren Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
