HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Quarry Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Salt Lake City region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 205 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
