HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Redstone Drift Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
