HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Bright Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
