HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Ember Housing manages affordable housing communities across Salt Lake City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 687 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
